eDrive Modules – eDecoupling 

Magna's electromagnetic eDecoupling acts as a standalone or integrated power flow decoupler for EV`s. It improves NVH behavior, reduces drag torque, and increases the range of EVs.

Our EV mechanical modules enhance safety, efficiency, and performance of BEVs and Hybrids and can be combined with Magna's eDrive systems or other systems. These modules are easily customizable to meet specific vehicle requirements.

eDrive Components – e-Motor Core Stack

Magna is the leading global manufacturer for precision eDrive system components. With extensive experience and expertise in metal forming, we specialize in producing NVH-optimized gears, shafts, differentials, and e-motor core stacks.

Our e-motor cores are designed with an advanced dot bonding process that improves power density, reduces weight, and lowers CO2 emissions during manufacturing.

In-mold PUR Coating
In-mold PUR coating provides a cleaner, more efficient alternative to traditional automotive painting. By applying a clear or colored finished coating directly within the injection mold, a more sustainable coating option is achieved. In-mold PUR also opens opportunities for unique surface finishes, such as texture, 3-D and varying levels of gloss.
