Magna’s Complete Vehicle divisions in France support automakers with its about 150 employees at two engineering locations in Étupes and Bièvres throughout the complete vehicle development process.
We are looking for junior profiles for our two design offices who are also experienced in project management for vehicle engineering, product and process development services.

Étupes, France
The commune of Étupes is based in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region in eastern France. The location is ideal for hiking trails to discover nature but also for historical sites and museums (Lion de Belfort, Peugeot Museum, etc.).
Bièvres, France
The town of Bièvres is located in the Île de France region, about fifteen kilometers southwest of Paris. Nearby there is the Vélizy Villacoublay Shopping Center.
Bièvres is a small town surrounded by nature and nearby shops. It is known for its photo museum and for its specialty: strawberries.

Sustainable Development
Sustainability is a key priority at Magna. We acknowledge the reality of climate change and its impact on our planet. That's why our company focuses on doing the right things today, to safeguard the quality of life both for this and future generations.
Magna is targeting 100% renewable electricity in our European operations by 2025 and global operations by 2030. Our net-zero strategy is to build upon our commitment to:
- 42% reduction in scopes 1 and 2
- 25% in scope 3 by 2030
- 90% reduction in all scopes by 2050
Committed to Making a Difference
The Complete Vehicles division in France has also signed a regional Climate Engineering Charter. This charter emphasizes the crucial role of engineering in reducing the carbon footprint of projects by intervening at the design stage of buildings, transportation, infrastructure, and industrial sites.
By signing this Charter, we are making three major commitments which also align with our three Magna sustainability pillars:
- Act concretely in favor of the climate through the projects entrusted to us (Product)
- Promote sustainable product design (ecodesign) to reduce our carbon footprint
- Involve the R&D department
- Recycle unused parts (hardware informatic, office furniture, etc…)
- Sustainably reduce the carbon footprint of our own activities (Process)
- Monitor and control the company’s carbon footprint through data management
- Reduction of business trips and commuting activities (carpooling, telework, etc …)
- Change in daily habits of work life (ban on single-use plastics)
- Recycling of unused parts (hardware informatic, office furniture, etc…)
- Support our employees’ commitment to the climate (People)
- Monitor and control the company’s carbon footprint through data management
