AURORA, Ontario, June 26, 2025 — Magna is once again gearing up to tackle the demanding terrain and navigation challenges of the Rebelle Rally by sending a determined duo to compete in this year's competition. Building upon past successes, Magna continues its tradition of participating in this unique, all-women off-road event, reinforcing its commitment to employee empowerment, teamwork, and adventure.

This year’s Force de Fem team will consist of Andrea Mueller, a project engineer based in Munich, Germany, and Elena Kintzel, a Diversity & Inclusion and culture talent management specialist based in Aurora, Canada. Both women bring their professional expertise and exceptional resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm for the rigorous challenge ahead.

“We’re incredibly proud to support Andrea and Elena as they demonstrate the talent, courage, and camaraderie that Magna values,” said Eric Wilds, Magna Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer. “Their participation highlights the exceptional individuals within our global Magna family, fostering pride and engagement among employees and external communities alike.”

The Rebelle Rally spans over 1,550 miles across the harsh and breathtaking deserts of Nevada and California. Competing without GPS or digital navigation tools, Magna’s Force de Fem team will rely solely on their precision driving, map-reading and compass navigation skills. This event is more than just a test of driving abilities—it exemplifies the collaborative spirit, strategic thinking and determination embedded in Magna’s culture.

Driving a Jeep® Gladiator equipped with legendary Magna Ultimax™ transfer case from the factory, the team will benefit from decades of Magna’s market dominance in 4WD systems and have the capability to conquer the challenging desert terrain that the Rebelle Rally is famous for.

“We are thrilled to have Magna return to the start line for a third year,” said Emily Miller, Founder and Rally Director, Rebelle Rally Enterprises, LLC. “From talking with past Magna competitors, it's inspiring to hear how they've integrated the real-world experiences from the rally into their professional roles, enhancing their contributions at Magna. The Rebelle Rally highlights the resilience and determination of all competitors, and we eagerly anticipate another remarkable event.”
